Readiness Series: Critical Community

Whether you own a gas station, drive a pickup truck, own a small generator or run a small grocery store readiness is contingent on one critical factor: Community. There is a misconception of preparedness in this country with a lot of emphasis on preparing to be isolated and cut off from the world for prolonged periods. True resilience and readiness demands the opposite. We must all shift and increase the emphasis we place on community and interconnectivity and it starts by getting to know your neighbor. Learn about the psychology of communities as it pertains to helping them withstand emergencies and the roles you can play in regards to enhancing proactive whole of community readiness.

This event is part of our Weekly Readiness Series, a weekly dialogue about what “Readiness” is and how you can go about taking proactive steps to becoming more capable. This series is designed to help you welcome readiness as a discipline and practice into your lifestyle.

It’s not about preparing for the worst but training to live your best.

*This seminar will be cancelled if less than 5 people registered. You will be notified via email 24 hours prior to the event. Monies will be refunded or may be credited toward a future event
